Olympic National Park Adventure Elopement
Washington elopement photographer specializing in Olympic National Park
These two didn't want the traditional wedding structure. They wanted adventure. They flew all the way from Pennsylvania to explore Olympic National Park for the first time. Most wedding traditions were left behind in favor of having the most epic day of hiking and exploring. They were a perfect show that traditions don't matter if they don't mean anything to you.
They got ready at Olympic Lodge and had their first look in the garden just outside. Then we ventured to the mountains for their ceremony. We found a sweet, secluded spot where we didn't see a soul the whole time. We then moved onto a day full of exploring to try to catch all Olympic National Park has to offer. We stopped by a waterfall, a rainforest hike, one of the lakes, and finally ended the beach. On the beach they did MRE meals as their wedding dinner since that's what they eat on their adventuring days. One of my favorite choices they made was spending time with just the two of them to finish the day. I left them at the beach and they just enjoyed each other's company. Moments don't have to be captured on camera to be special.
